Excel Data Editor - Multiple spreadsheets

  • For existing installed editors
    • Advanced/Edit/Structure
      • BZX_ExcelDataConvert
        • Change DataItems to Repeater (Click R button)
        • Add new sibling to DataItems called DataSeq (not a repeater)
      • Return To Site
    • Click "Edit Spreadsheet" drop down - select #2
      • This will initiate the sequence
    • Click "Edit Spreadsheet" drop down back to #1
    • Everything should now be functioning as it was
  • Updates after structure is changed on first Spreadsheet editor (all other editors require simple 3 step update
    • Plug-Ins/Re-Publish Page
      • This will activate the new structure that has yet to be published
      • NOTE: You could go to the Generators and regenerate all the Content pages (or just a sub - like products) which would eliminate the need to republish each page - just have to do the next option to refresh the content.
    • Edit File: Change drop down "Edit Spreadsheet #" to #2
      • Notice that the default entries have replaced what was set
      • If you try to download the spreadsheet, you will get an error
    • When page reloads, change back to #1
      • Should see the proper information in the "Edit File" panel
  • To use multiple spreadsheets
    • Switch "Edit Spreadsheet" drop down to #2
      • Change the default data to new data
      • Click "Update"
      • Upload new spreadsheet, publish
        • Add new xml document to BZS_XMLIncs
